Welcome to the Santa Fe Ski Team 2014/15

Pre-Olympic Alpine Ski Training with World-Class Coaches

For over 50 years the Santa Fe Ski Team has developed the next generation of alpine ski racers.

Starting at 7 or 8 years of age we train young skiers in the disciplines of Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super G, and Downhill. For Adults above 21 we offer a Masters Program.

The Santa Fe Ski Team trains from November through April, conditions permitting, on Thursdays, Saturday, and Sundays at the Santa Fe ski area, or at other ski resorts in New Mexico and Southern Colorado. We compete in the USSA Rocky Mountain Devision.

While we drive development as athlets and ski racers we also focus on leadership skills formed by sportsmanship, respect for others, confidence, self-discipline and focus on excellence in a fun, supportive environment that is highly conductive to learning. We support everybody in reaching their goals and living up to their fullest potential. We do this with the help of world-class coaches, who mentor and accompany our young and adult racers even beyond this competitive, high-performance sport.

The nature of an outdoor athletic program often requires us to make last minute adjustments to our training program. All of our events are posted on the website calendar, and if in doubt this is the place to check.
